Who Qualifies for Temu Codes Before You Paste One

You qualify for apx36533 in two cases.

1. You have never bought anything on Temu, or
2. you closed your old Temu account more than 14 days ago, deleted the app, and now start fresh with a new account.

Temu’s rules add three more requirements.

1. You must be 18 or older.
2. You must live in a country where Temu runs the offer.
3. You must download the app through the affiliate link or QR code, so tap our link instead of going straight to the app store.

Temu links most codes to your app install as well as your account. Reddit testers report that a code can fail on one setup and work after a fresh install. This explains most “new users only” errors.

Browser shoppers see “new app users only” on most Temu promo codes, because the offer works only inside the app. CLAIM THE CODE ON THE DAY YOU INSTALL THE APP. Temu’s rules give you 24 hours after download to activate the offer.

How to Use a Temu Code in 4 Steps

1. Tap https://temu.to/m/ueqfglynn7z on your phone to download the Temu app.
2. Open the app and sign in or create your account.
3. Type apx36533 in the search bar at the top of the home screen and tap search. Claim the $100 coupon bundle on the page that opens.

4. Fill your cart and go to checkout. Tap “Apply coupon code,” type apx36533, and tap Apply to get your 30% off.

IMPORTANT: Your 24-hour clock starts when you search the code. Have your cart ready before you claim it.

How the $100 Coupon Bundle Works

The $100 coupon bundle holds 5 coupons, and each one has a minimum spend. You will NOT get $100 off a single order.

You get

1. 1 coupon for $25 off orders over $50,
2. 3 coupons for $15 off orders over $75, and
3. 1 coupon for $30 off orders over $100 [12].

Four rules decide how much you save.

1. You have 24 hours after you search the code to use the 30% off and the bundle coupons. Shop the same day you claim them.
2. You can use one bundle coupon per order, because Temu doesn’t let you combine them.
3. The 30% off coupon works on orders over $20 and caps at $24 (€24).
4. Import fees don’t count toward the minimum spend, and Fine Jewelry is excluded.

Take a $50 cart. The 30% off saves you $15, and the $25 coupon saves you $25, so the $25 coupon wins. On a $100 cart, the 30% off stops at $24, so the $30 coupon saves you more.

To use all $100, you would need 5 separate orders of $50 to $100 or more within 24 hours. Most shoppers use 1 or 2 coupons.

Which Temu Code Saves You the Most?

Temu shoppers spent an average of $36 per order in 2025 ^[1]. Use that number as a benchmark when you pick a code.

Do Temu Codes Stack?

Each person can join the offer once. If you redeem apx36533, a second code such as ala520293 won’t add another 30% off. You also can’t combine coupons from the bundle on one order.

Lightning Deals lower the item price itself, and you don’t need a code for them. Before you pay, check the order summary to confirm your coupon covers the Lightning Deal items in your cart.

Temu Codes for Existing Users

New user codes fail on accounts that already have orders. Existing users still have four ways to lower the total.

1. Close Your Account and Start Fresh After 14 Days: In our tests, the code works again after these steps. Close your Temu account, delete the app, and wait more than 14 days. Then reinstall the app through our link, create a new account, and search apx36533. Close the old account before you open a new one. Temu’s rules ban fake or extra accounts, and Temu can cancel coupons it flags as abuse. Before you close the account, finish any open returns and spend your Temu credit, because you may lose both.
2. Ask Customer Service for a Coupon: Open “Chat with Temu” in the app and type “I need a 20% coupon.” Reddit users report getting a 20% coupon capped near $20. One user cut a $171 cart to $148 this way, about 13% off. Another user warns that prices can shift, so screenshot your cart first . It doesn’t work on every account, so count it as a bonus. ^[2]
3. Shop Lightning Deals: Temu drops select items under $2.99 for short windows. You don’t need a code, so these prices work for new and existing users. You can also tap https://temu.to/m/um6vnvshgm0 or search acq951914 in the Temu app to open a page of low-price items. Compare those prices with your cart before you check out.
4. Request a Price Adjustment: Temu pays you the difference if the same item from the same seller drops in price within 30 days of payment ^[7]. Promotional items and items no longer available may not qualify. Go to “Your orders,” pick the order, and tap “Price adjustment” ^[8].

Why Your Temu Code Isn’t Working and How to Fix It

• If you see “Limited to new app users,” you used the website, your account has past orders, or you downloaded the app more than 24 hours ago [12]. Use the 14-day fresh start method above.
• If you see “Invalid code,” check the spelling. Type apx36533 in lowercase with no spaces.
• If the screen says the offer was only available within 24 hours of download, your window has closed. Use the existing user tips above.
• If the bundle doesn’t show at checkout, your cart is below the minimum spend. Add a low-cost item to pass the threshold. Import fees don’t count toward it.
• If the code applies but you see no 30% off, you already used another new user code on this account. Temu honors one per person.
• If your coupons disappeared, your 24 hours ran out. Temu starts the clock when you search the code.

About Temu

Temu is an online marketplace that sells low-cost goods, shipped mostly from manufacturers in China. It launched in 2022 ^[1].

PDD Holdings owns Temu, and it also runs the Chinese shopping app Pinduoduo. Whaleco Inc. operates temu.com from Boston ^[1][4][9].

Temu’s gross merchandise volume reached $92.5 billion in 2025, up 71.2% from 2024. Shoppers placed 2.3 billion orders that year. The app had 467 million monthly active users in June 2026, with about 49 million in the US ^[1].

The US ended the de minimis exemption for low-value packages from China in 2025. Temu cut its imported stock and now relies more on US warehouses. US monthly users fell from 84 million in 2024 to 40 million in 2025, then rose to 49 million in 2026 ^[1].

Most items ship free, and you get a 90-day return window with your first return free on every order ^[5].

If your package arrives after the latest delivery date, Temu issues a credit within 48 hours ^[6].

The app also offers app-only perks and coupon bundles.

Product quality varies by seller. Read reviews with customer photos before you buy clothing, electronics, or anything that has to fit.

What People Say About Temu

Temu holds a 1.91 out of 5 average across 1,088 customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau, and it has no BBB accreditation ^[4].

More than 56,000 people have rated temu.com on Trustpilot, and recent reviews there include complaints about lost returns and refused refunds ^[3].

Business of Apps calls Temu’s reviews mixed and points to item quality and delivery times. It also reports that many Temu items cost under half the price of similar products on Amazon and eBay ^[1].

On Reddit, existing users praise the chat coupon trick. Others report new user codes that fail with a “new app users only” error ^[4].

Temu’s own policy explains two common frustrations. Oversized or overweight items may require you to ship the return yourself and claim the cost back later. A second return from the same order costs $7.99 plus tax, and Temu deducts it from your refund ^[5].

Stick to low-risk items under $20 on Temu, such as storage bins, party supplies, phone cases, and craft tools. Pay with a credit card or PayPal for extra buyer protection. Save screenshots of your cart and your order confirmation.
